1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Closr ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Payment and payout information (processed by Stripe, our payment processor)

We also automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our Services, including IP address, browser type, session activity, page views, and usage data via first-party analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
  • Process transactions, generate AI demo websites, and send related information
  • Send notifications, SMS payment links (via Twilio, only to customers you contact), and support messages
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities (including AI-generated website performance monitoring)
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud and security issues

4. Sharing of Information & Subprocessors

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the following subprocessors strictly to operate the Services: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS delivery), Google Gemini and OpenAI (AI text/voice generation for demos, copilot, and roleplay), and Telegram (internal admin alerts). We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. Voice recordings of roleplay sessions are stored in a private bucket accessible only to administrators and are kept for training and quality-assurance purposes; you may request deletion at any time.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable.
