What counts as AI usage?
Every call to Copilot, Site Assistant, Roleplay, Monitoring, Demo Generation, and voice features counts. Costs are metered per request and shown live on your usage page.
What happens if I hit my cap?
You'll see an upgrade prompt and AI features pause until next month (or next day for the daily sub-cap). Non-AI features keep working.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades start right away and you only pay for the days you use. Downgrades start on your next bill.
Why a daily limit on the free plan?
It keeps you safe if something loops by mistake. Without it, one small bug could use up your whole month of AI in an afternoon.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your billing page — no calls, no forms. You keep paid features until the end of the month you already paid for, then go back to Free.
How does automatic domain buying work?
On Pro, Business, and Enterprise, when you request a domain for a client we buy it and connect it right away — no waiting for approval — as long as the price fits your monthly budget ($25 on Pro, $100 on Business, $500 on Enterprise). Anything above your budget still needs a quick admin OK.
